To Apply for any of our 2026 Shows please register at the Link provided belowin yellow. You must sign a NEW 2026 Vendor Agreement.

1). You will need to register first on the link above, sign agreement and provide 3 photos for review and social media.
2). You select the shows you would like to participate in from GET APPROVED EVENTS and upon approval PURCHASE your booth space. Approval does not mean you have a spot. Categories and show could be closed out in the meantime. No paper unless you want to print out the contracts. You will always have access to what you signed up for on your account.
Please note for the Jewelry category the most popular is beaded jewelry. We limited the number of beaded jewelry exhibitors so we can keep a balance of a variety of jewelry at each event.

Please Note: Crochet Animals/Candles/Soaps/Beaded Jewelry/Tumblers/Wood Boards/Floral Wreaths – highest demand of vendors and we only allow a certain amount per show depending on the show size. We unfortunately have to disappoint many of you with wait list status. If you sell a variety of items that may limit your acceptance too.

Westwood is located in affluent Northern Bergen County and is surrounded by other such towns like Woodcliff Lake, Ridgewood, and Hillsdale. We are seeking 125 quality exhibitors for this free admission event. Hermitage Outdoor Craft Fair, August 8 (Saturday)
10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. RAIN OR SHINE EVENT
The Hermitage, a historic & well known landmark is the setting for this show which draws a large crowd of eager shoppers each year. It is located in the prosperous Northern Bergen County town of Ho-Ho-Kus, N.J. (next to Ridgewood & Saddle River). We will be using the beautiful century old tree shaded front lawn surrounding the mansion. The Hermitage is located on a well-traveled road & is very visible. We are seeking 75 Exhibitors with arts, crafts & food. We are committed to promoting a quality show.
